Dale Ihrie obtained his Bachelor’s degree at Wheaton College (IL) and his law degree at the University of Detroit Mercy. He began his legal career as an attorney with the largest real estate law firm in the nation, anchored in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon returning home to the Detroit area, Mr. Ihrie joined a smaller practice, representing the legal interests of individuals and family-owned businesses, where he served for nearly 20 years, with a focus on probate, estate and succession planning. In 2017, he founded and is now the managing member at Ihrie PLC, a multi-disciplinary law firm serving clients throughout Michigan. Since 2020, Mr. Ihrie has been proud to offer his estate planning expertise as an affiliate with the Trinitas Planning Group. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Ihrie has also served on the board of directors of several non-profit educational organizations. Mr. Ihrie is married with two kids and is an active member of his local church, singing in the choir and serving on the church’s board of trustees. He enjoys any activity outdoors—especially hiking, hunting, fishing and golf.
